The conclusion of the camel journey season in three categories under the slogan
Dubai, June 23 / WAM / The Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival concluded in cooperation with the Dubai Camel Club, the camel journey racing season at its last stop, which was held under the slogan of a domain, in the presence of a remarkable public presence and wide participation of various nationalities.
The race witnessed three main categories during which Windy from Hong Kong crowned the first place in the individual weight category, while Polish Barbara came in second place and the British Laura in the third place and in the open weight category for women Bahaa in third place.
The winners were crowned His Excellency Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmouk, CEO of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival, in the presence of Rashid Harebi Al -Musthouni, Director of the Fazza and Netaly Championships, Joseph Awadisian, Director of Radio Department and Director of Media and Institutional Communication at the Center.
His Excellency Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmouk stressed that the races reflect the spirit of Emirati heritage and highlight the state’s ability to organize heritage activities that combine originality and openness to other cultures, indicating that the UAE opens its doors to the world to see its heritage through such events.
He added that the races of this season were like a live celebration of the Emirati identity, stressing the importance of continuing to organize these races as a global platform to promote the cultural heritage of the state and enhance the values of coexistence and belonging.
