Saudi Arabia is ranked 13th in the index of intellectual property rights enforcement

Riyadh, June 29 / WAM / The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked 13th globally in the index of intellectual property rights enforcement, as part of the report of the annual global competitiveness of the year 2025, issued by the World Competitiveness Center of the International Institute for Administrative Development “IMD”.

The Saudi Press Agency stated that the Kingdom ranked from 27th in the 2024 version to 13th out of 69 countries in this year’s report, thanks to the efforts made by the Saudi Intellectual Property Commission in leading and developing the system of enforcement of intellectual property rights and enhancing its efficiency.

It is noteworthy that the report of the annual book on global competitiveness is an international reference to compare the competitiveness of economies around the world and includes more than 300 sub -indicators, and measures the performance of countries through four main axes represented in economic performance, government efficiency, business efficiency and infrastructure.
