Abu Dhabi on July 1 / WAM / Al -Taif, the pioneering provider of maintenance, reform and Umrah services, announced the Idge Group signing a memorandum of understanding with Stels, a global group based in Singapore and specializes in technology, defense and engineering.
The memo was signed by Rashid Al -Kaabi, CEO of Al -Taif Company and Wollim Beng Li, CEO of Stels and aims to explore new business opportunities by cooperating in developing and expanding maintenance, reform and Umrah for land systems platforms in the UAE.
The main areas of cooperation, according to the Memorandum of Understanding, include solutions to the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to enhance maintenance operations through advanced asset management tools, scheduling preventive maintenance, follow work, and improve resources; Fleet measurement and monitoring devices to develop integrated solutions that benefit from the “IOT”, artificial intelligence, analyzes, automation of workshops in order to improve maintenance, repair and Umrah, and enhance operational, reliability, consulting and training operations.
Stels shares the expertise it enjoys in the field of consulting and training in the fields of maintenance, reform and Umrah, with engineering solutions including re -manufacturing and prolonging the service of platforms and components.
This memorandum reflects the commitment of both parties to enhance the capabilities of maintenance, reform and Umrah, and to provide innovative solutions that support the sustainability and effectiveness of the Earth’s platforms.
