Qasr Al Watan launches exceptional Eid Al Fitr celebrations that combine heritage and entertainment

Abu Dhabi, March 19 / WAM / Qasr Al Watan is preparing to provide an exceptional experience during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, becoming the ideal family destination that combines warm hospitality, authentic Emirati heritage, and various recreational activities amid captivating urban scenes.
Visitors will enjoy a program full of distinctive experiences, topped by the amazing light show that takes place daily at 7:10 pm, where the palace’s majestic facade is illuminated to tell an inspiring story about the UAE’s past, present and future through a dazzling mix of lights, music and storytelling.
In addition, guests will enjoy performances of the historical Al-Ayyala dance, which celebrates the country’s authentic cultural arts, and the daily horse show at 5:00 pm, highlighting the ancient equestrian traditions, while the military music band performs its melodies that express the spirit of unity and national pride in the Palace Square on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 2:30 pm.
The activities are not limited to live performances, but extend to exploring the House of Knowledge, which hosts the exhibition “Ink of Gold: A Journey Through Arabic and Islamic Manuscripts,” presenting visitors with a rare collection of manuscripts, calligraphy, decoration, and Islamic sciences.
The Qasr Al Watan Library also provides an opportunity to view a rich collection documenting the political, social and cultural march of the UAE, which provides a deeper understanding of the country’s history and its future vision.
