The Port and Customs circle in Ajman honors its strategic partners
Ajman on July 2 / WAM / The Port and Customs Department in Ajman honored its strategic partners, in recognition of their role in supporting the process of the department’s achievements and achieving its strategic goals.
This came during the Forum of Partners 2025 organized by the department today in the presence of a group of representatives of government agencies and the private sector, where the distinguished march of partnerships and the prospects of their welcome future were reviewed in order to achieve the common strategic goals.
His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al -Nuaimi, Director General of the Port and Customs Department, stressed that the success of the department and the development of its services would not have been achieved without the strategic integration between government and private agencies, stressing that cooperation between the partners is a basic pillar to achieve the targets of Ajman 2030 vision and the national program “We Emirates 2031”.
His Excellency added, “We are working to build a participatory model that enhances government performance and keeps pace with future variables of innovation and exchanging knowledge and keeping up with the latest findings of digital transformation and artificial intelligence.”
The forum included a visual presentation entitled “An exceptional partnership”, in which it was highlighted by the accomplishment of the department and its distinguished partnerships, as well as another visual presentation on government trends and the strategic department plan related to the Ajman 2030 plan.
Shaima Al -Jouaan, Director of the Office of Strategy and Institutional Excellence, and Mona Al -Amiri, Director of Business Development Department, reviewed the achievements of the distinguished department in addition to announcing the achieved results, which included achieving 98% of the strategic goals, 96.3% in the level of customer satisfaction, and 98% in the satisfaction of the partners, which reflects the size and quality of efforts to enhance institutional performance and upgrade an experience Dealers.
