People discuss with “Bahraini Doctors” initiatives to enhance health services and organize medical conferences

The head of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Samir Nass, received the President of the Bahraini Doctors Association, Dr. Al -Darazi, in the context of the “Chamber “’s keenness to support the vital sectors and follow up the challenges it faces, especially the health sector, which is one of the basic pillars in the national economy, in the presence of the head of the health sector committee in the“ Chamber ”Dr. Khaled Al -Awadi, where future cooperation mechanisms between the Chamber and the association were discussed in a number of initiatives supporting the health sector in the Kingdom.

Nass stressed during the meeting that the health sector is one of the most important vital sectors that receive the interest and follow -up of the room, pointing out that the “Chamber” is constantly monitoring the challenges facing this sector, and is keen to contribute to creating the appropriate environment for its growth and development, especially in light of its elements that qualify it to be an important economic tributary and a promising field to create jobs for citizens, investment and technology development, which is what is possible The national economy should benefit, whether by attracting investments, supporting medical industries or expanding specialized health services.

For his part, the President of the Bahraini Doctors Association, Dr. Al -Darazi, valued the room’s interest in the health sector, praising its openness and cooperation with the association by enabling it to participate in the relevant sectoral committees, and listen to the visuals and challenges of doctors.

Dr. Al -Darazi pointed out that the medical conference industry is an essential part of the medical profession, given the annual doctors ’commitment to obtaining at least 30 academic hours to renew their professional license, stressing that the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry can play an important role in supporting the organization of medical conferences and exhibitions that enhance the exchange of knowledge and the development of competencies.
