The Arab Organization for Administrative Development implement 144 training programs
The Arab Organization for Administrative Development (144) implemented a professional and professional diploma during the first half of this year, with the participation of (1209) trainees from employees of the ministries and bodies (6) Arab countries: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, the Emirates, Sudan and Kuwait. The general supervisor of the training sectors of the organization, Tariq Salem Al -Baqali, stated in a statement issued by the organization today, that the programs aimed to provide the participants with modern knowledge, skills and trends in the administrative, financial, accounting, information technology, projects management and professional certificates in a way that contributes to improving the performance of workers in their work agencies. He pointed out that the training programs dealt with several various topics, including financial, accounting and diplomas programs, managing projects and professional certificates, leadership and management of change in biological institutions, preparing administrative operations engineering, in addition to the qualifying program to fill the positions of leadership senior management, dealing with pressure, analyzing problems, decision -making, strategic thinking, applying smart systems in education, and modern methods of review. & nbsp;
