The head of the state and the Turkish president are discussing the regional cooperation relations and developments

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and the President of the Turkish Republic, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, discussed yesterday, during a phone call, cooperation and joint work in all fields that enhance development and progress in the two countries, and contribute to achieving their common interests, within the framework of the close relations and comprehensive economic partnership that brings together the two countries.

During the call, His Highness and the Turkish President also reviewed a number of regional and international issues and developments of common concern, and exchanged views on them, foremost of which are the developments taking place in the Middle East region, stressing the two countries’ keenness to support all efforts and efforts to achieve regional peace and stability, in a way that is growing and prospering on all the peoples of the region.

In this context, the two sides stressed the importance of cooperation and joint work to find solutions to various regional crises, through dialogue and diplomatic methods, as it is the only way to achieve peace and stability in the region.
