Bahrain Islamic signs a cooperation agreement with the Bahrain Society for Down Syndrome

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BISB), the leading financial institution in providing innovative and simple Islamic digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the signing of a joint cooperation agreement with the Bahraini Society of Down Syndrome, a non -profit civil association concerned with providing support and assistance to individuals with Down syndrome and their families in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The agreement aims to enhance cooperation between the two parties in implementing community initiatives and programs that support and empower people with Down syndrome. For his part, the “Jude” team will work for the volunteer work of the Bahrain Islamic Bank in cooperation with the association to provide logistical and moral support for the association’s programs and initiatives that are consistent with the bank’s work strategy, in addition to volunteering in a number of programs and activities organized by the association throughout the year. On this occasion, Mrs. Fatima Al -Alawi, CEO of the Islamic Bank of Bahrain, stated: “We are pleased with the Islamic Bank of Bahrain to sign this agreement with the Bahraini Society of Down Syndrome, which comes within the framework of our firm commitment to our societal responsibility, and our keenness to support the authorities and initiatives aimed at enabling various groups of society. We believe that this cooperation will contribute to a positive positive impact through supporting programs And the initiatives implemented by the association, through the Jude team of the bank’s volunteer work, reflecting our vision in strengthening sustainable societal partnerships.

For his part, Mr. Ahmed Al -Ali, Executive Director of the Bahraini Association of Down Syndrome, said: “This agreement with the Islamic Bank of Bahrain is a strategic step that reflects the importance of institutional partnerships in supporting societal integration efforts and promoting totalitarianism. This cooperation contributes to enabling the association to expand its programs and develop its initiatives in line with its vision in providing a supportive environment for people with Down syndrome, and enabling them to participate actively in various aspects of life. Emphasizing our commitment to continuing joint work to achieve sustainable results that benefit people with Down syndrome and their families. ”

This cooperation comes within the framework of the pioneering role played by the Islamic Bank of Bahrain in the field of social responsibility, and its constant keenness to build effective partnerships with various entities and institutions in the Kingdom.
