المملكة: Stop 7 Umrah companies for committing a violation of the housing of unlicensed sites – urgent

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah monitored violations of seven Umrah companies, which were the housing of pilgrims in unlicensed housing, in an explicit violation of the approved organizational controls, as part of its continuous supervisory efforts to improve the quality of services provided to the guests of Rahman. Noting that she immediately started taking regular measures against the violating companies, in preparation for the implementation of the scheduled penalties. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed its keenness to ensure that pilgrims obtain their full rights, according to the highest quality and efficiency standards, stressing not tolerated with any party that limits its contractual obligations or endangering the integrity of pilgrims. The Ministry called on all Umrah companies and institutions to fully adhere to the approved regulations and instructions, and to ensure the provision of the agreed services within the specified time programs, in a way that contributes to enhancing the experience of pilgrims, and achieving their satisfaction during their stay in the Kingdom.
