The Azerbaijani President meets the participants in the third world media forum
Khanskandi on July 19/ WAM/ His Excellency Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met today, “Saturday”, who participated in the third global media forum for media, which is held under the slogan: “Digital Transformations … Enhancing the Flexibility of Information and Media in the Anged Intelligence Age.”
President Alia stressed during the meeting the importance of keeping pace with the rapid technical developments, pointing to the growing role of artificial intelligence in various fields, especially the media.
The Azerbaijani President dealt with Azerbaijan’s regional and international relations, in addition to issues of foreign policy and international cooperation.
The forum is witnessing the participation of about 140 media figures from 52 countries, including representatives of more than 30 news agencies and 7 international organizations, along with 80 media institutions and a number of concerned authorities.
The forum aims to discuss the impact of digital transformations on the media sector, the increasing role of modern technologies in content production and its dissemination, as well as the importance of media culture in enhancing access to accurate and reliable information.
