“Sword Real Estate”: A comprehensive development plan for the re -launch of the “sword complex” with a new solution

Al Seef Real Estate Company revealed a comprehensive development plan to re -launch the sword complex – the suburb of sword in a new solution in a qualitative step that redraws the shopping and entertainment features in the Kingdom of Bahrain, to provide a renewed shopping experience based on more sophisticated concepts.

The project will be implemented in studied stages, while ensuring the continued operation and providing services without interruption, in a way that guarantees the convenience of visitors and the smoothness of their experience throughout the development period, as the first phase of the development plan begins with the modernization of the jewelry area within the complex, in a way that keeps pace with the growing demand for this sector, and adds a new dimension of luxury and diversity to the shopping experience.
The future development stages include attracting new global brands entering the Bahraini market for the first time, including the famous French brand “Kiabi” specializing in high -end fashion.
The development will also include the restaurants and cafes area inside and outside the complex with innovative and diverse concepts that meet various tastes. In addition to the update and development of all the facilities from the interior, it will witness a change in the green space designs surrounding the complex building, and shaded paths will be provided for hiking, gatherings and social and family meetings in a way that guarantees all the flexibility and smoothness of movement and transportation throughout the complex, and the modernization project will include the expansion of cars parking.
In terms of entertainment, the total area for entertainment activities will be expanded, as “I Island” will be re -launch with a new identity on an area of about 3,900 square meters, and additional areas of up to 600 square meters will be allocated to interactive children’s games, which are designed to form a charming world of fictional figures, fictional figures and captivating tales. In the context of its interest in the youth category, the company took into account in this project the allocation of a social space vibrant with energy and creativity and includes many programs and games directed to this category on an area of 2,500 square meters.
