“White Basket” inaugurates the Arab Teams Championship to meet Kuwait on Friday

The draw for the Arab basketball championship, which took place today, Monday, resulted in the national team’s position against Kuwait in the opening of the championship matches hosted by the Bahraini capital, Manama, during the period from July 25, until the second of next August.

The lottery ceremony took place through the “Zoom” visual communication technology was held, in the presence of representatives of the seven teams competing for the title of the 26th edition, which are the Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Algeria and Tunisia teams.

The tournament will be held from one stage, which is determined by the identity of the champion, provided that the national team will cut the first matches of the championship hosted by the Khalifa Sports City Hall at five in the afternoon of Friday (July 25), and it is followed on Saturday by meeting the hospitality owner of the Bahraini team at nine in the evening Emirates time.

The team will enter the third day of the championship in a difficult confrontation against Algeria, before entering the tournament next Monday in the first days of rest, followed by it on the 29th of this month with the meeting of “Al -Abyad” against Tunisia, followed by the next day by meeting the team against Qatar, and returning the end of this month to the second rest stations, before the team concluded its matches on the first of August by meeting its Egyptian counterpart.
