“Enforcement” opens the door for registration for citizens in the “Development of the Health Sector Classs” program for Fall 2025

The “Nafs” program announced the opening of registration for health programs for the fall of 2025 within the program “Development of the Health Sector Claws”, which aims to prepare 10 thousand citizens and citizenship of the high school diploma and over during five years and qualify them to work in the health sector in the country in various health fields, in cooperation with leading academic universities and institutions, qualifying them to work in the health sector in the country.

Citizens wishing to join the program within the specialized specializations can register their requests through the registration links available in the “Enforce” platform or through the websites of higher education institutions that are represented in the colleges of higher technology, Sharjah University, Gulf Medical University, Fatima College of Health Sciences, Dubai Medical University, Liwa College, Abu Dhabi University, Ras Al Khaimah University for Medicine and Health Sciences, Al Ain University, and University Ajman, University of Fujairah.

In this context, Khalil El -Khoury, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for the operations of the labor market and Emiratisation, said that “the program of developing the health sector cadres” reflects the directives of the rational leadership, and its keenness to enable Emirati cadres in the vital sectors, foremost of which is the health care sector, stressing the importance of the program in linking education outcomes to the labor market, which contributes to building a specialized national base that keeps pace with the aspirations of the state in developing an advanced and sustainable health system.

For his part, Ghannam Al Mazrouei, Secretary -General of the Council of Competitiveness of the Emirati cadres, said, “The” Development of Health Sector Staff “program is an essential pillar in efforts to enable national competencies and qualify them for effective engagement in one of the most important and vital sectors, which is the health sector. The increasing demand for the program reflects the awareness of citizens of the importance of this qualitative opportunity, which guarantees them a stable professional path, and opens up to them the field to contribute to the development of the system health care.

The programs offered range from academic and specialized programs, and undergraduate programs include specializations in medical laboratory sciences, emergency medical services, nursing, medical diagnostic photography sciences, physiotherapy, pharmacy, anesthesia technology, and kiss, while diploma programs, pharmacy technicians, advanced technical diploma in medical emergency, a assistant dental assistant diploma, a laboratory technical diploma and a health care assistant diploma.

The “Enforcement” program supports 13 academic programs, including 8 Bachelor’s programs and 5 diploma programs, and the duration of the study depends on the type of path and the policy of each educational institution, where the average years of the approximate study of the bachelor’s programs ranges between 4 years and 4 years and a half, while the duration of the study of specialized diploma programs is two years
