Close 77 accounts on the media to bring in auxiliary workers without a license

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced the closure of 77 accounts on social media in cooperation with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the digital government during the first half of this year.

This came, after the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation was achieved from these accounts, as it was adopted that it was informal and not a license from the ministry to carry out the activity of recruitment of auxiliary workers, which is an explicit legal violation.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation called on employers and citizenship families and residing to deal with the recruitment of the approved auxiliary and licensed workers from the ministry upon the desire to employ this category of employment, and to stay away from dealing with the accounts and social media pages that promote the employment of illegal assistant workers.

The Ministry stated in a press statement that dealing with the unlicensed auxiliary labor recruitment offices, and unreliable social media pages that promote the services of auxiliary labor, would lose dealers with these bodies their legal rights that they obtain when they deal exclusively with the licensed and approved offices by the ministry.

The Ministry called on the dealings to communicate the call center on the number 600590000, to verify the reliability of the bodies that promote auxiliary workers through social media.

The ministry provides on its website www.mohre.gov.ae a list that includes the names and locations of the licensed offices at the state level.
