Cultural Umm Al Quwain organizes an event "Wet" Within the summer camp 2025
Umm Al -Quwain on July 24/ WAM/ The Cultural Center in Umm Al Quwain organized the “Wet Day” event under the title “The Heritage of the Grandparents … and the Future of Generations”, within the program of the summer camp 2025 organized by the Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the Watan Fund.
The wet day was organized in coordination with the “Barzeh” team from the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, which specializes in managing and organizing heritage events, to implement a group of cultural, artistic and heritage workshops that highlighted the palm as a firm symbol in the memory of the Emirati society.
The event is part of a series of activities and programs offered by the summer camp 2025.
Abdullah Ali Bou Supple, director of the Cultural Center in Umm Al -Quwain, said that the “Wet Day” organization comes within the framework of the center’s keenness to instill national values and promote pride in the cultural heritage of emerging generations, by providing interactive heritage content that links the participants to their cultural roots and ignites the spirit of creativity and belonging.
The event was attended by members of the Federal National Council in Umm Al Quwain and representatives of institutions and government departments.
