The Organization of Islamic Cooperation welcomes the declaration of France’s intention to recognize the State of Palestine

The Secretary -General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Hussein Ibrahim Taha, expressed today, Friday, his welcome to the declaration of French President Emmanuel Macron, his country’s determination to recognize the State of Palestine, describing the step as & quot; East Jerusalem & quot;

Taha – according to the Saudi News Agency & quot; – This declaration would contribute to enhancing the political and legal status of the State of Palestine on the international scene, calling at the same time & nbsp; all countries that have not yet recognized Palestine to the initiative to take this step, and support its full membership in the United Nations.
