The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced a violation of 40 offices to bring in auxiliary workers in the state during the first half of this year 2025, and to take administrative and financial legal measures against them, after ensuring that it has committed about 140 violations of the Auxiliary Service Workers Law and its executive regulations.

The Ministry affirmed that there is no compromise with any office to bring in auxiliary workers that prove that it has committed violations and violations, legal or administrative, indicating that the repeated commitment of the auxiliary employment offices for violations, and their lack of commitment to the legal regulations regulating their work, exposes them to severe severe penalties that may reach the cancellation of their license.

The Ministry stated in a press statement, that the continued follow -up to the organization of the work of the auxiliary labor offices in the state comes within the framework of efforts to sustain the regulation of the labor market, enhance the competitiveness of the recruitment of auxiliary labor and their leadership, and the rapid interaction with the complaints of employers and families regarding the work of the offices, through the efficiency of the application of the field, field and digital system to monitor any violations, control them, and ensure the level of offices commitment to the legislation organized for their work.

The Ministry indicated that the majority of violations of the auxiliary labor offices that were registered, focused on their lack of commitment to the return of each or part of the recruitment amount to employers who deal with them during the specified period, which are two weeks from the date of the return of the assistant worker to the recruitment office, or from the date of reporting that the auxiliary worker was interrupted from work in addition to not adhering to presenting the prices of service packages approved by the ministry in a clear place for customers.

The Ministry affirmed the readiness of the inspection and control system to deal with abuses and violations seriously, firmly and transparently, and its keenness to listen to the opinions and complaints of employers about the recruitment offices, asking the customers to communicate with the ministry, and report any negative practices of employment recruitment offices, through allocated digital channels and platforms, or by calling the number 80084 of the Legal Consulting Center, to be dealt with in a way Direct according to the approved legal frameworks.
