Kuwait is included “Hezbollah” and “the good loan” within the executive regulations of sanctions and freezing money

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hezbollah, the “good loan” association, and 3 individuals of Lebanese, Tunisian and Somali nationalities, included the executive regulations for sanctions and freezing funds.

The inclusion included:

  • Hezbollah
  • PM (Lebanese Nationality, Born 18/5/1966)
  • AFM Q. (Tunisian Nationality, born 5/10/1991)
  • PM (Somali nationality, born between 1950 and 1953)
  • The good loan association is based in Lebanon

The committee asked all companies and financial institutions in Kuwait to take what is necessary to implement the inclusion decision, according to what was stipulated in Articles (21-22-23) of the executive regulations of the Security Council Security Council Resolutions Committee issued under the seventh chapter of the United Nations Charter of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is noteworthy that the good loan association is an institution that provides social financial support, but it is considered the primary financial entity of Hezbollah, which made it the focus of international sanctions.
