1.7 billion riyals weekly spending for consumers in Saudi Arabia on “foods and drinks”

The Saudi Central Bank, “Sama”, revealed that the food and beverage sector export the sectors in the value of the “consumer spending” points in Saudi Arabia during the past week ending on July 26, with an operations value of 1.7 billion riyals, low 1.8%, recording 47.9 million operations, a decrease of 2.5%.
According to the weekly operations report, a sector came second with the value of operations amounting to about 1.5 billion riyals, a decrease of 2.4%, and with 52.1 million operations, a decrease of 2.9%.

Transportation sector

The report indicated that the transportation sector came third with the value of operations amounting to 945.7 million riyals, while the fourth place in the professional and commercial services sector with the value of operations amounting to 931.2 million riyals.
According to the report, the fuel stations sector came in the fifth rank, recording 886.3 million riyals, while the sixth health sector came with an operations value of about 837.1 riyals.
According to the report, the clothing and accessories sector came seventh, with an operations value of 748.6 million riyals.
The report pointed out that the vehicle trade and rich trading sector came in the eighth place with the value of operations amounting to 499.4 million riyals, followed by the furniture and home supplies sector with the value of operations amounting to 443.6 million riyals.
The report stated that the medical services sector came in the ninth rank with the value of operations amounting to 432.6 million riyals, followed by the building materials and construction sector with the value of operations amounting to 386.9 million riyals.
The entertainment and culture sector recorded the value of sales of 297.3 million riyals, while the hotel sector recorded sales of 291 million riyals.

11.8 billion riyals sales sales

The total value of sales sales “consumer spending” during the past week amounted to about 11.8 billion riyals, compared to 12.2 billion riyals, in the previous week, a decrease of 2.7%, while the number of operations reached 206.4 million operations, compared to 212.7 million operations, a decrease of 2.9%.
The report indicated that the city of Riyadh came first among the cities, with the value of operations amounting to 4.08 billion riyals, a decrease of 2.7%, while it came in the second place in the city of Jeddah with an operations value of 1.7 billion riyals.

Dammam is third

It ranked third in the city of Dammam, with an operations value of 566.8 million riyals, a decrease of 2.8%, while the number of operations reached 8 million operations, a decrease of 2.8%.
The report pointed out that Makkah Al -Mukarramah ranked fourth with the value of operations amounting to about 501.3 million riyals, while it came in the fifth rank, Medina, with the value of operations amounting to 472.4 million riyals.
The city of Khobar ranked sixth with an operations value of 330.7 million riyals, a decrease of 0.4% on a weekly basis.
