Opening the door for registration to participate in the Global Green Economy Summit
Dubai, July 31 / WAM / The World Summit for the Green Economy announced the opening of registration to participate in its activities and sessions, calling on experts, specialists and those involved in climate work to registration and participation, to be part of efforts to support the most effective and innovative solutions to confront climate change, in a press statement today.
The summit is organized annually under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “may God bless him”, and is organized by both the Supreme Energy Council in Dubai, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, and the World Organization for Green Economy.
The eleventh session will be held this year under the slogan “influential innovation: accelerating the future of the green economy”, on October 1 and 2, 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Center, while the summit aims to accelerate the pace of the transformation towards a low -carbon economy and build a more flexible and sustainable future.
The summit will focus this year on priority areas that include energy transformation, reducing the effects of climate change, adaptation to it, sustainable financing, and innovation within the following basic axes: technology and innovation, clean and renewable energy sources, policies and legislation, financing, climate justice, adaptation and climate flexibility, youth and climate work.
