Johannesburg on August 2 / WAM / Our national basketball team qualified for the 3 x 3, to the quarter -finals, in the World Championship currently held in South Africa, leading the first group, after he ended his career in the group stage by achieving 3 wins from 4 games.
Our team began its tournament by beating its Croatian counterpart, with a score of 14-8, and the Kenya team 19-8, before receiving its only loss against the Egyptian national team with a score of 11-12, then concluded the first round by beating its British counterpart 16-1
This direct qualification without the need to play the round of 16 matches, for the national team, gives technical and physical preference before the decisive stage, where the winner is awaiting the confrontation of Austria against one of the third -order teams in the second group.
