85.02 billion riyals .. Saudi Aramco profits in the second quarter of 2025

The profits of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company “Saudi Aramco” decreased in the second quarter of 2025 by 22% to 85.02 billion riyals, compared to 109.01 billion riyals in the same quarter of last year.
According to the statement of “Aramco” on the “Tadawul Saudi Arabia” website, the net income amounted to 85.02 billion riyals (22.67 billion dollars) for the second quarter of 2025, compared to 109.01 billion riyals (29.07 billion dollars) for the same quarter of 2024.

The decrease was mainly driven by a decrease in revenues and other sales related to sales, partially met a decrease in operating costs and a decrease in income and zakat taxes driven by a decrease in taxable income compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
According to a statement, the average net income amounted to 92.04 billion riyals (24.54 billion dollars) for the second quarter of 2025.
The total modification terms amounted to 7.02 billion riyals (1.87 billion dollars), which mainly includes a decrease in value and discounts, and (gains) the losses resulting from the sale and extraction from service and exclusion, and amendments related to joint projects and associate companies.
The net income reached 85.02 billion riyals (22.67 billion dollars) for the second quarter of 2025, compared to 97.54 billion riyals (26.01 billion dollars) for the first quarter of 2025.
The decrease is mainly due to the impact of the decline and the other income related to sales, as well as the high operating costs. This was partially met with a decrease in income and zakat taxes driven by low taxable income compared to the previous quarter.
The net income amounted to 182.57 billion riyals (48.68 billion dollars) for the first half of 2025, compared to 211.28 billion riyals (56.34 billion dollars) for the same period in 2024.
The decrease is mainly due to the impact of the decrease in revenues and other income related to sales. This was partly met with a decrease in operating costs, and a decrease in income and zakat taxes driven by a decrease in taxable income compared to the first half of the previous year.
The average net income amounted to 190.76 billion riyals (50.87 billion dollars) for the first half of 2025. The total items of the amendment amounted to 8.19 billion riyals (2.18 billion dollars), which mainly includes a decrease in value and discounts, and (gains) the losses resulting from the sale and output of the service and exclusion, and the amendments related to joint projects and associate companies.
