403 million dirhams, net profits of “Embower” after the tax

The Emirates Central Reforming Systems Corporation (Imbauer), which is listed in the Dubai Financial Market, has announced its financial results for the first half of the year 2025, where total revenues of 1,453 billion dirhams increased, an increase of 7.5% compared to the same period last year 2024, while profits before deducting interest, taxes, destruction and consumption reached 719 million dirhams, with a growth of 3.6%.

The net profit before the tax reached 442 million dirhams, a growth of 3.3% compared to the first half of last year, while the net profit after the tax reached 403 million dirhams, a growth of 3.4% compared to the same period in the year 2024.

“It reflects the exceptional performance of (Embower) in the first half of 2025, the durability of its integrated business model, and its ability to cope efficiently with changes in market dynamics and the needs of customers, and the institution’s continuous success is based on its advisory strategy and its operational distinction and its ability to devise the sustainable value of the sector’s momentum Real Estate ».

Bin Shafar pointed to the continuous progress and development of “Embower” at all levels, including the expansion of its infrastructure and its projects, and its constant eagerness to adopt innovation and digitization in all its operations, and “Empower” explained that during the past 12 months, the unified revenues of the institution amounted to 3.36 billion dirhams (from July 2024 to June 2025) compared to 3.16 billion dirhams (from July 2023 to June 2024), with a growth of 6.3%, and profits before interest, taxes, consumption and consumption for the same periods reached 1.58 billion dirhams, compared to 1.50 billion dirhams with a growth of 5.1%.
