9 contracts that support the aspirations of the “Hand of Victory” in the new season

Handball Supervisor at Al -Nasr Club, Imran Al -Tawash, confirmed that the continuous support from the club for collective games, had the largest role in restoring the game, its natural position by competing for the titles, which prompted changes in the first team and supporting it with nine deals, including six deals at the level of national elements, in addition to a comprehensive renewal at the level of foreign professionals and the resident player category.

Al -Tawash told «Emirates Today»: “The first team started the actual preparation phase of the new season, which kicks off in early September, after two weeks of medical examinations and physical preparation, at a timely time for the regularity of all elements, especially the new professionals, whose names will be announced in the next few days, one of them of Spanish nationality and the other is a Serb.”

He explained: “The renewal of the contract early with the Tunisian coach, Thabet Bin Mahfouz, and the national Mohamed Hassan as an assistant coach, gave us enough time to develop the team’s needs for the new season, which helped to take the decision to dispense with foreign professionals last season, in addition to one of the players from the birth category.”

He added: «The new contracts at the level of foreign players focused on the technical aspects and the extent of the players’ ability to serve the goals of the team, as well as the contract with national elements coming from Al Ain and Al -Jazeera clubs, and it was complementary to renew confidence in a number of our players from last season, such as goalkeeper Salem Al Nuaimi and player Raed Al Balushi.

He continued: «The same applies to early contracting with a player born in the country, Al -Masry Ahmed Saeed, who is coming from Maliha Club.

Al -Tawash concluded his speech by saying: “Our aspirations are great in the return of (the dean) to the competition circle in the game of powerful, during a promising season that includes five local championships, which are started with the (Al Watan Cup) competition, which is a continuation of the last season.”
