"Sharjah for social empowerment" Project implemented "Home support" To qualify the children, the father is lost

Sharjah, August 7 / WAM / The Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, during the summer vacation, implemented a series of workshops within its pioneering project “Sanad Al -Bayt”, with the participation of 44 young men and women, bringing the total number of beneficiaries of the project since its inception to 857 beneficiaries, within the framework of the Foundation’s continuous efforts to enable the children who miss the father and enhance their leadership skills.
“Sanad Al -Bayt” is an integrated leadership project aimed at empowering young people psychologically, socially, and academically, and providing them with life skills that enhance their positive participation within their families and society, in a way that contributes to preparing a generation of balanced leaders who are able to take responsibility and face the challenges of life with confidence.
Nawal Al -Hamedi, Director of the Foundation’s Social prosperity, stressed that the project represents a qualitative station in building the personality of the children by developing the concepts of leadership, giving and shared responsibility, noting that the “bond of house” enhances the cohesion of the family, and instills in the children the spirit of cooperation and sustainable support.
The project includes an integrated training package that includes concepts such as participatory leadership, positive thinking, crisis management, problem solving, as well as developing critical thinking skills and resource management, as it depends on clear mechanisms for measuring impact that include improving family relations, promoting academic achievement, and increasing community participation.
