Mohammed bin Rashid: The independent, fair judiciary is the most important pillar of the stability and cohesion of societies, and the first fortress for the protection of rights
Dubai, August 10 / WAM / before His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, performed 35 new judges in Dubai’s legal courts, in the “Host” Council at the Union House in Dubai.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum expressed his wishes for the new judges with success in performing their noble tasks, by establishing the balance of justice, separating people with the truth, and adhering to the values of honor and integrity that constitutes the established basis of the judiciary, and the essence of its message.
His Highness stressed that the independent, fair judiciary is the most important pillar of the stability and cohesion of societies, and it is the first fort to protect rights and safeguard human dignity, stressing the importance of the role played by judges in ensuring the rule of law, consolidating the principles of justice, and supporting the development and construction process in the state.
His Highness explained that the judge, with his just ruling and fair speech, not only judged two opponents, but also contributes to building a society that believes in justice, trusts in institutions, and flourishes under the umbrella of the law.
The new judges expressed their deep thanks and deep gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his precious confidence and lofty directives, stressing that the words of His Highness constitute a source of pride and pride, and a motivation to exert the utmost effort in performing their judicial duty in all honesty, impartiality and integrity.
The oath ceremony was attended by His Excellency Mohamed Ibrahim Al -Shaibani, Director of the Office of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai, Vice -President of the Judicial Council in Dubai, His Excellency Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director of Dubai Courts, and His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Saif Al -Sabousi, Secretary -General of the Judicial Council in Dubai.
