1.5 trillion dollars in China’s light industries ’revenues in the first half
BEIJING, August 11/ WAM/ The operational revenues of major light industries companies in China amounted to 11.3 trillion yuan “about $ 1.57 trillion US” during the first half of this year, while the added value of these companies recorded 7 % on an annual basis, according to data issued by the Chinese National Council for Light Industries.
The new China News Agency, “Xinhua”, said that motivational policies played a prominent role in the consumption market, as sales exceeded 11 categories of light industries products 4.3 trillion yuan during the first half, an increase of 11.6 % on an annual basis.
On the level of industrial promotion, the pace of the transformation towards advanced and smart products accelerated, as the prevalence of digital research and development tools among the large light industries companies reached 86.2 %, which contributed to pushing large -scale production of high -value products.
Great light industries companies in China refer to companies whose main annual business revenues are less than 20 million yuan.
