Collaborate "Documentation" And the Judicial Council in Sharjah

Sharjah, August 11 / WAM / The Documentation House in Sharjah discussed ways of cooperation with the Judicial Council in the emirate, as part of its efforts to implement an integrated and unified system to manage government documents.

This came during a visit from a delegation from the Documentation House headed by His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Head of the Documentation House, and in the presence of His Excellency Salah Salem Al Mahmoud, Director General of the House, to the Judicial Council in Sharjah, where they were received by His Excellency Judge Dr. Muhammad Obaid Al -Kaabi, Head of the Judicial Department, His Excellency Counselor Anwar Amin Al -Harmudi, Attorney General, His Excellency Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla, President of the Court of Cassation, and His Excellency Judge Dr. Omar Obaid Al -Ghoul, And His Excellency Judge Abdul Rahman Sultan bin Tala’i, President of the Appeal Courts, His Excellency the Judge Dr. Salama Rashid Al -Ketbi, Head of the Judicial Inspection Department, and Sheikh Faisal bin Ali bin Abdullah Al -Mualla, Secretary -General of the Judicial Council.

The visit aimed to review the mechanisms of work approved in the Documentation House to manage ongoing and intermediate documents, and introduce the methodologies used in their classification and preservation electronically according to modern institutional systems, in a way that contributes to enhancing the efficiency of judicial work, and preserving official and legislative records in an organized and safe way.
