“Ajman for government excellence” develops the capabilities of government cadres in the field of partnerships
Ajman, August 15/ WAM/ The Ajman Government Excellence Program organized a specialized training program, entitled “Partnership and Integration”, in cooperation with the Dubai Quality Group, and with the participation of employees from various government agencies in the emirate, with the aim of enabling the participants to build effective partnerships and institutional integration, which contributes to improving government performance and enhancing the quality of services.
The three -day program dealt with the strategic foundations for the concept of partnership and integration, and focused on the mechanisms for building and activating effective partnerships, and included an application workshop to design an integral partnership initiative, and discussed the axis of assessing the impact of partnerships and maximizing their value, with a focus on the main performance indicators, and included a discussion seminar that dealt with future integration opportunities in the Ajman government.
The program comes within the framework of the Ajman Program for Government Excellence, to spread the culture of institutional cooperation and develop the capabilities of government cadres in the field of partnerships, in a way that keeps pace with the directions of the Ajman government, towards providing more integrated and efficient government services, and achieving added value to the community and government agencies alike.
