The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announces response to an Iranian attack targeting Ali Al Salem Air Base

The official spokesman for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, Colonel Saud Abdulaziz Al-Atwan, stated that the Ali Al-Salem Air Base was subjected to Iranian targeting with a number of ballistic missiles.
He said that the Kuwaiti Air Defense Force was able to successfully confront it, which resulted in the fall of fragments and debris resulting from the interception operation in the vicinity of the base.
The Chief of General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army confirmed that the Armed Forces continue to carry out their tasks and duties in defending the sovereignty of the State of Kuwait, and confronting any threat to the security and stability of the country.
The Kuwaiti Chief of Staff called on the necessity of staying away from any objects or parts that may result from the interception process or falling missile debris, and not to approach or touch them, with the need to inform the competent authorities immediately.
