Israeli media reported that there were security estimates indicating that a number of senior Iranian officials were killed in joint air attacks carried out by Israeli and American forces.

Israeli Channel 12 reported that there was a “high possibility” that Ali Shamkhani, advisor to Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, would be killed.

The newspaper “Israel Hayom” quoted estimates saying that the attack resulted in the liquidation of at least 3 prominent officials in the Iranian leadership structure, namely the Commander of the Revolutionary Guard, Mohammad Pakpour, the Iranian Minister of Defense, Aziz Nasser Zadeh, and the head of Military Intelligence, Saleh Assadi.
