"Human resources and Emiratisation" and"E & Money" You cooperate to facilitate payment salaries

Dubai, August 18 / WAM / The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the UAE signed a memorandum of understanding with the “E & Money” platform, the financial technology arm in the “End” group, with the aim of providing wage protection services through the “E & Money” platform. These services will provide individuals to manage and pay auxiliary labor wages as a first stage in line with the legislation and regulations in force.
The “E & Money” application seeks to facilitate the financial payment process and reduce dependence on cash and support the UAE’s direction towards a non -cash economy, by taking advantage of the advanced technical structure of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in order to achieve a common benefit for employers and auxiliary workers alike.
His Excellency Dalal Al -Shehhi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Labor Protection Sector in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, said: To organized and safe financial services that guarantee payment of wages on time, and employers will be able to pay the salaries of auxiliary service workers through a few simple steps.

This partnership will allow the integration of facades of programming applications for the Wage Protection System of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation within the “E & Money” platforms, with the aim of providing a safe and compatible means with the regulatory regulations of individuals to pay salaries. Given that the wage protection system was only serving private sector employees, this new initiative comes to expand its scope to include the auxiliary employment category.

The assistant worker within this initiative gets an international bank account number (IBAN), a digital portfolio and a paid card, supported by MasterCard, which enhances the financial inclusion of a large segment of individuals not previously covered by banking services.

“E & Money” also provides a free identification card for a limited period for up to two employees, while ensuring that they get the best exchange rate of international transfers through “E & Money”, which enables auxiliary workers to meet all their financial needs through a reliable and integrated financial application, affordable prices and complete security.
