Tomorrow the ninth edition of the exhibition is launched "Enrichment" For employment

Dubai, August 20/ WAM/ will start, tomorrow, the ninth edition of the “Ithraa” employment exhibition, organized by the Emirates Financial Institute, in cooperation with the Emirates Central Bank, the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council “Nafs”, the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, Higher Technology Colleges and the Al -Futtaim Group.
Participates in the event, which is held in Dubai for one day, 60 entities and financial institutions, which include major banks and financial technology, insurance, exchange and financing in the region.
The exhibition aims to attract young Emirati competencies and enhance the localization of the financial and banking sector, by providing hundreds of job opportunities and professional training and development programs within the enrichment program, which seeks to provide 1900 jobs annually for citizens and citizens, and the event also includes a series of specialized workshops, and a professional guidance suit to support job seekers and enable them to acquire the skills required in the financial labor market.
His Excellency Dr. Faisal Al -Ayla, Director of the Supreme Colleges of Technology Complex, said that the rehabilitation of national competencies with future skills is a basic pillar to support the economic transformation process in the UAE, and the participation in the exhibition is embodied in the firm commitment to applied education, and its pivotal role in linking students to qualitative professional paths in promising sectors such as financing, financial technology, and digital innovation, through harmonization of academic colleges programs with market needs Work, graduates are enabled to perform effective roles that enhance the competitiveness of the national economy.
For his part, His Excellency Saif Hamid Al Dhaheri, Assistant Governor of the Emirates Central Bank for Banking and Support Services, Vice -Chairman of the Emirates Financial Institute, stressed that this copy of the exhibition comes in a pivotal stage in which the UAE is witnessing an accelerating shift towards the digital economy, which enhances the importance of enabling national cadres with future skills, especially in the areas of financial technology, artificial intelligence and data analysis.
For his part, His Excellency Abdullah bin Zayed Al Falasi, Vice President of the UAE Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, said that the ninth edition of the exhibition embodies the commitment of the council that is firm to enable the young Emirati competencies to engage in qualitative professional paths within the financial and banking sector, in line with the requirements of the national economy based on knowledge.
He added that the exhibition represents a strategic platform to link national talent to the functional and training opportunities provided by the leading institutions, and to enhance its presence in decision -making sites, in support of the qualitative resettlement targets in the strategic sectors, and also provides an opportunity to communicate directly between the ambitious Emirati employers and youth.
The exhibition targets the Emirati graduates with a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in banking, insurance, financial, information technology and other related fields.
The organization of the “enrichment” exhibition comes in its ninth edition within the framework of the efforts of the central bank to enhance the resettlement of the financial sector, and to provide a stimulating work environment that supports the productivity and competitiveness of national cadres, in line with the UAE Vision 2071.
