“Olympic Academy” champion of “beach volley” in the Ajman government sports tournament

The Emirates Olympic Academy team was crowned champion of the beach volleyball championship, within the competitions of the Ajman Government Sports Tournament 2026, after its victory in the final match that was held yesterday evening, Friday, over the “KITE SMASH” team in a strong confrontation that brought together the two teams at the conclusion of the tournament competitions.

The final match was the culmination of a series of competitions witnessed by the tournament with the participation of teams from government agencies and a number of sports academies in the country. The two teams presented a distinguished performance during the final match, reflecting the advanced technical level of the participating teams, before the Olympic Academy team succeeded in resolving the confrontation and winning the championship title.

The match witnessed a remarkable sporting atmosphere and interaction from the audience, as the two teams exchanged control over the course of the game during the halves, in a match characterized by fast pace and high technical skills, which gave the final match a distinctive competitive character until the final moments.

Nenad Nikolic from the “KITE SMASH” team won the Best Player award, while Majid Al Kaabi from the same team won the Best Manager award, while Nasser Suleiman from the Emirates Olympic Academy was crowned with the Best Coach award, while the “SAIFAH FRIENDS” team received the Ideal Team award.

The volleyball tournament is part of a series of tournaments taking place in the 2026 Ajman Government Sports Tournament, which aims to enhance sports activity and establish a culture of positive competition among participants in a distinguished sports environment.
