And qualify them with the skills of the future and its sciences as a basic corner within the Emirates’s comprehensive development vision.

He added that young people are always at the heart of His Highness’s priorities, as they are strength, energy, ambition and true wealth of the country, and a basic pillar of development, as it always assures us of the UAE’s commitment to empowering young people to serve as leaders in their societies and contribute to our collective progress.

This came after the meeting of His Excellency yesterday, in his council in Abu Dhabi, graduates, supervisors and those in charge of the Bridges International Program in its fourth edition, which is organized by the Al -Watan Fund “one of the institutions affiliated with the Zayed Humanitarian Foundation.”

25 of the distinguished sons and daughters of the Emirates completed the six -month program, including 12 weeks in theory in the branches of major German companies in the UAE, before they went to the second stage to work inside the factories of these international companies in Germany, which they recently completed amid a tribute from the managers and experts of these companies with the capabilities of the Emirates and their ability to absorb the latest technological methods in the engineering and technical fields.

His Excellency said that the Bridges International Program is a model for the efforts and initiatives made by the Al -Watan Fund to enable the sons and daughters of the country and develop their capabilities in various fields, to be ready to start in the local and global labor market alike.

His Excellency directed the graduates of the fourth edition of the Bridges of the International Program, saying: We learned from the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “May God rest his soul”, that the true wealth of the Emirates is represented in its children and citizens, and that the development and development of the capabilities of the people To be the one who makes tomorrow because you are the future of this dear homeland, and we are waiting for a lot from you, and we trust that you have absorbed the intensive work and training included in the activities of the program, and we hope that you will transfer your experiences and experiences in this program to your colleagues, and we all adhere to your support and encouragement to invest your capabilities and experiences in what benefits your community and your country.

He affirmed the keenness of the Al -Watan Fund to provide an opportunity for distinguished sons and daughters of university graduates to join the new copies of this pioneering program, which is the first intensive practical program in various fields such as industrial technology, aviation, medical devices engineering, etc., as the participants allow the opportunity to identify the latest technologies of the times, what enables the homeland youth to develop their capabilities, and develop their experiences to storm the labor market.

He also stressed that the goals of the fund are always focused on enabling and qualifying the youth of the country, whether to work in the private sector or start to the world of entrepreneurship, noting that the Bridges International Program is keen to provide the full opportunity for graduates of Emirati universities to see and train within the advanced German factories, and to benefit from the great experiences of these German industry sectors, according to an integrated program that international experts put in accordance with the latest global training methods in the global fields.

His Excellency pointed out that the program is one of the important models adopted by the fund according to the strategic goals aimed at contributing effectively to achieving the vision of good leadership in building a sustainable knowledge economy for future generations, opening new horizons for the future for university students and graduates, in addition to preparing a generation of Emirati technology pioneers.

His Excellency thanked all the partners of the homeland fund, especially the Al -Rostamani Group, which provided all support to the Bridges International Program, stressing that they are real partners in success, which was achieved for four consecutive copies.
