International marine cable interruption may slow data services

E and Etisalat announced that its customers may slow data services as a result of interruption in international marine cables.
The company confirmed in a statement that the technical teams of the company are currently working to address the problem.
This comes at a time when Microsoft announced that several international naval internet cables were cut off in the Red Sea, noting that this may lead to a possible slow internet in the continents of Asia and Europe.
The company confirmed – in a statement – that its engineering teams are currently working on finding a solution to interruption by directing the traffic of the Internet.
Microsoft’s statement, late Saturday, said that Microsoft Azur users – the second largest cloud service provider in the world after Amazon Web Service – may face an increase in arrival time due to several interruptions in underwater optical fibers in the Red Sea.
