Dubai, September 12/ WAM/ Dubai Chambers are working to provide private sector companies with the necessary visions and strategies to improve customer experience and enhance their loyalty, explore practical solutions to develop the quality of services, and build sustainable relationships based on confidence and excellence.
According to a press release issued today, the Dubai Chamber organized a symposium “Distinguished Service”, attended by 130 participants from the business community representatives, in the framework of the distinguished service program launched by the rooms to enhance the exceptional customer service culture and enrich their experiences.
The symposium, which was held at the headquarters of Dubai Chamber, included a series of interactive dialogue sessions with speakers who participated in their realistic visions and ideas, which provided companies with an opportunity to gain practical tools and effective strategies to improve their services standards.
Khaled Al -Jarwan, Vice President of Commercial and Institutional Services in the Chamber of Dubai, stressed the importance of enhancing the culture of customer service in institutional strategies, as it is a basic pillar in the march of the success of companies and institutions, calling on the business community to improve the distinguished practices that enhance the reputation and status of companies and the trust of their customers.
The symposium shed light on the increasing momentum achieved by the distinguished service program, as the first half of this year witnessed the issuance of Dubai Chamber of 4.905 secret shopping reports, with a growth of 24.8%, compared to 3.934 reports issued in the same period of 2024, and the number of participation requests increased by 36.8%, which shows the growing interest of private sector companies to enhance their competitive advantage and their capabilities in the field of customer service.
