Sultan bin Ahmed meets the students of Sharjah University of the scholarships

Sharjah, on September 20 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, President of Sharjah University, met in the main building of the university, a number of university students scholarships abroad, on the occasion of their return from their academic journey in international universities within the “Study Exchange” program organized by the university in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

And blessed His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, at the beginning of the meeting, for students, the end of their scholarship and their return to the homeland, who are full of different sciences and experiences, praising their distinguished efforts and their tireless endeavor to develop their academic and research skills during their scholarship.

His Highness stressed that the scholarship students are preparing ambassadors for the university and the United Arab Emirates abroad, stressing that this representation is a great honor and responsibility that requires them to adhere to the finest academic and ethical standards.

His Highness the President of Sharjah University pointed out the importance of the “Study Abroad” program in developing scientific skills for students and activating strategic partnerships with prestigious international universities, which contributes to raising the level of higher education and scientific research in the UAE, in addition to building an international network of relations with students of those universities.

His Highness pointed to the important role played by the scholarships in identifying different cultures and gaining various experiences, and at the same time introducing the world to the ancient culture and identity of the United Arab Emirates.

During the meeting, His Highness the President of the University of Sharjah listened to the experiences of students and their impressions during the study period abroad, the challenges they faced, and the achievements they achieved in the various academic specializations.
