المملكة: Next Sunday…the Hajj Conference and Exhibition discusses sustainability and the experience of the pilgrims


The city of Jeddah to host the fifth version of Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025 organized by Ministry of Hajj and Umrah during the period from 9 to 12 November, in the Jeddah Superdome.
It is a global event that reflects the Kingdom’s leadership position in developing the system of services for the guests of God, and embodies the objectives of the program for serving the guests of God within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

An integrated international platform

The conference is an integrated international platform that brings together experts, decision makers and specialists from various countries of the world, with the aim of enriching knowledge, overcoming challenges and anticipating Future trends in the Hajj and Umrah sectors.
It also constitutes a qualitative turning point towards improving the services provided to the guests of God in a way that enhances the system’s efficiency and sustainability.

Unprecedented record numbers

The conference consolidated its global position in its previous editions by achieving unprecedented record numbers, as it attracted participants and official representatives from more than 137 countries, and witnessed the signing of more than 670 agreements and strategic partnerships, which contributed to building international alliances that enhance innovation. It advances the wheel of development.

The number of visitors in its last edition exceeded 120,000 visitors, amid a noticeable expansion in the exhibition space and the diversity of exhibitors, which makes the fifth edition the largest and most comprehensive ever.

The conference agenda, over 4 days, includes a series of dialogue sessions and workshops that focus on main tracks, such as empowerment, integration, development, and sustainability.
With a spotlight on specific topics that include innovative solutions. For crowd management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications in the holy sites, and building a national system for qualifying human cadres.
In addition to investing in the enriching experience of pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims, and enhancing international cooperation to provide more efficient and quality services.
