Minister of State for Military Production: Human competencies from military production represent the cornerstone of the production process

Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Mustafa, Minister of State for Military Production, confirmed the interest of “Military Production” By investing in the human element in the Ministry’s affiliated entities in light of the directives of the political leadership related to working to enhance production capabilities and refine national expertise.

 

He also stressed his belief that human competencies from military production represent the cornerstone of the production process and modernization and development processes for the military production sector, thus enhancing the leading position of the Ministry and its affiliated entities as a basic pillar of military manufacturing in Egypt and one of the most important industrial arms in the country by benefiting from the surplus production capacities of its companies. This came during the participation of the Minister of State for Military Production in a social event held in the presence of a number of military production workers and their families under the title “Family Day,” in the training sector of the Ministry of Military Production in Al-Salam City, on the sidelines of the celebration held today on the occasion of the seventy-first Military Production Day.

Minister Mohamed Salah explained that organizing this family day, which was dominated by friendliness and familiarity, comes within the framework of his keenness to direct the organization of activities and events. Which would raise the morale of the workers and enhance the bonds of cohesion and the spirit of teamwork within the Ministry of Military Production, the National Authority for Military Production, and the affiliated companies and units, stressing that the members of the Military Production leaders and workers are like one interconnected family.

During the celebration, the Minister of State for Military Production honored a number (65) of the employees of the affiliated entities, to whom a number of home appliances (refrigerators, stoves, heaters, screens) were distributed, produced by a number of leading military production companies in the field. Production of durable appliances that serve the family sector and are produced according to the highest quality standards.

The Minister indicated that the selection of the honored workers was done with all fairness and transparency, so that they represent the affiliated entities, provided that their efficiency and performance reports reflect their excellence in work and their good behavior and discipline.

The Minister was keen to congratulate the honored workers, and asked them to exert more effort and hard work during the coming period, wishing them, their families, and all military production workers continued success and prosperity. They expressed their happiness with the honor due to their presence among their family members, stressing that such kind gestures would motivate them to make the utmost effort possible to enhance the vital role played by the Ministry of Military Production to support the national economy and advance national industry.
