The record for construction costs in Saudi Arabia an increase of (0.7%) during August 2025 compared to its counterpart last year." target ="_Blank"> The residential sector by (0.8%) and the non -residential sector (0.6%), according to the record of the construction costs for the month of August 2025 issued by the General Authority for Statistics." target ="_Blank"> Building costs in the residential sector, a slight increase of (0.1%) during August 2025 compared to the previous month of the same year, while the costs of the non -residential sector did not witness any change compared to the previous month. Its prices are collected monthly from various regions of the Kingdom and were specified in 2023 as a basis year to measure this indicator.
