The “Vision” exhibition continues to play a pivotal role in the resettlement strategy and the agenda of empowering youth in the UAE; It is consistent with the targets of national policy, including reaching 8% of resettlement in the private sector by the end of 2025, in addition to 125,000 Emirati citizens currently working in this sector until June this year.

The exhibition copy numbers for 2024, which attracted 150 exhibitors and witnessed 7,000 direct job interviews at the event site, reflect the remarkable success of the exhibition and its pivotal role as a prominent platform for developing national competencies and building a strong generation of workforce capable of leading tomorrow and making the future.

Visitors to the exhibition this year have the opportunity to direct communication with a group of employment authorities, including the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the Roads and Transport Authority, the General Command of Dubai Police, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Amazon, Breis Water Hoppers, Emirates Airlines, and Majid Al Futtaim Group, while the exhibition is keen to enhance its strategic partnerships with a number of government agencies, including the human resources circle of the Dubai government, And the Emirati Human Resources Development Council, the Ministry of Education, and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, to ensure the harmony of the components of its program with the national strategies for the development of competencies.

She added that a vision exhibition that aspires to establish its position as a real starting point for promising Emirati talents, and gathered students, graduates and specialists with major institutions from different sectors in one place teeming with opportunities and capabilities.
