Hamdan bin Mohammed chairs the third defense council meeting for the year 2025

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense chaired the third defense council meeting for the year 2025, where His Highness praised the continuous support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and the rational leadership to develop national competencies, investing in the human element, and relying on innovation and modern technology to build an integrated defensive system.

His Highness said: “The development of our integrated defensive capabilities is a national priority, in line with the vision of the rational leadership and its keenness to build an advanced defensive system that protects our national gains and enhances the security and stability of our country amid the rapid global changes … Investing in national competencies remains the main pillar of our path, and we are working to enable our armed forces with the latest science and skills, and provide them with best practices And modern technologies to ensure permanent readiness and strength capable of facing various challenges. “

His Highness added: “Today’s Defense Council reviewed a set of future programs and projects that reflect our strategic orientation towards strengthening operational readiness and integrating the latest innovations. We affirm our commitment to continuing the support of the military establishment and providing all the necessary capabilities so that our armed forces remain at the forefront of development and excellence, a global model that combines efficiency, flexibility and the ability to respond to the requirements of the present and the future.”

The meeting touched on a number of topics, including the follow -up of future programs and projects aimed at developing defense capabilities and enhancing readiness, and supporting the process of modernization and comprehensive development in various sectors of the Ministry of Defense.

At the end of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, thanked all the workers in the ministry, stressing the commitment of the rational leadership to provide everything necessary to support and develop the military establishment according to best practices and the highest international standards.
