His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, said today, in a blog post on his official account on the “X” platform: “The seventh edition of the Dubai 2026 Games will launch with the participation of 56 cities from around the world and more than 1,600 male and female players in 239 teams, during the period from February 12 to 15… The Games continue to consolidate their status as a sports platform.” “A global competition that offers an integrated competitive experience in accordance with the highest regulatory standards… Dubai is a vibrant, athlete-friendly city from which we derive our energy.
