"Enok" Its efforts continue to enable Emirati talents in the energy sector
Dubai, September 23 / WAM / The Inok Group strengthens its efforts to support and empower Emirati talents in the energy sector and enhance resettlement in vital sectors through its participation in the “Vision for Employment 2025” exhibition, which was launched today at the Dubai World Trade Center.
The group provides jobs in the fields of refining, chemical engineering, cyber security and information technology infrastructure, targeting attracting the best Emirati graduates and professionals to join its operations.
(ENOC) achieved a localization rate exceeding 50% in all jobs, 100% in higher leadership positions, and 79% in advanced administrative positions, which reflects its commitment to the UAE vision 2031 to enhance national competencies in leading strategic sectors.
Hussein Sultan Lootah, the Acting CEO of Inoc Group, said that an exhibition of vision is an important platform for communicating with the brightest Emirati talents and their inclusion in the group’s cadres, as investment in our Emirati cadres is a decisive factor for the success of our operations and the payment of innovation in the energy sector.
