Declared Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Issuance of a ministerial decision obligating The private sector, which includes (50) workers or more, provides on-the-job training opportunities for graduates and citizen job seekers, within the framework of organizing vocational training within The labor market, and enhancing the readiness of national cadres.
Under the decision, establishments are obligated to train no less than (2%) of the total number of their employees annually, through on-the-job training programs lasting between two months as a minimum and six months as a maximum, with the training contract between the trainee and the establishment being documented via the platform "strong"so that it includes the duration of training, its stages, and the type of skill or profession targeted, in addition to the rights and duties of both parties, in accordance with specific controls and conditions.
He set a fixed ceiling for large establishments with a number of employees of (5,000) workers or more, so that the required statutory limit is (100) trainees annually, without this obligation increasing by increasing the number of workers at the establishment.

According to the regulation, establishments must prepare practical training programs for trainees, provide the necessary equipment, in addition to preparing periodic reports on the trainee’s performance in the various stages of training, and granting him a certificate of completion of training after the end of his term, indicating the duration of training and acquired skills.
