414.2 million dirhams total real estate evaluation in Ajman during August 2025
Ajman, September 25/ WAM/ Statistics mentioned in the real estate report issued by the Land and Real Estate Organization Department in Ajman revealed that 155 real estate evaluation transactions were completed during the month of August with a total value of more than 414.2 million dirhams.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department, stressed that the evaluation operations included commercial, residential and industrial real estate, as residential real estate received the largest share of the total value of the evaluation at 168 million dirhams ahead of commercial real estate, whose total value was 158.7 million dirhams.
Al -Muhairi explained that the August report included personal evaluation and evaluation transactions for courts and institutions, as well as the evaluation of long -term gold residences for investors, which numbered 107 transactions, and its total value exceeded 177.85 million dirhams.
