"Justice" The Customer Forum is organized within the bureaucracy program
Dubai, September 25 / WAM / The Ministry of Justice organized a forum for dealers within the second phase of the bureaucracy program, at the government accelerator center in the Emirate of Dubai, as part of its efforts to enhance efficiency and consolidate innovation.
The forum, which was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Ministry of Family and the team of the bureaucracy to the bureaucracy program in the Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and with the participation of a group of dealers from the category of senior citizens and people of determination, in addition to the category of workers and employers in labor cases, as well as a selection of lawyers and legal advisers.
On the sidelines of the forum, effective discussions took place with various categories of dealers with the aim of designing the services of the Ministry of Justice by adopting the Persona Service to understand the deeper understanding of the needs of these different groups, as well as monitoring challenges, to come out with innovative solutions that enhance the quality of the services of the Ministry of Justice and facilitate customers’ access to justice services and achieve the targets of the bureaucratic description program.
The move comes within the Ministry’s endeavor to provide flexible digital services, which meets the aspirations of society, and supports the target of the “General Society 2025”.
