Fujairah Chamber discussing cooperation with the Jordanian Businesswomen Council – UAE

Fujairah on September 29 / WAM / The Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Jordanian Businesswomen – the UAE – UAE enhancing joint cooperation, exchanging experiences, and opening new horizons for investment and entrepreneurial projects.

This came during a meeting of His Excellency Sultan All Al -Hindasi, Director General of the Fujairah Chamber with the Council’s delegation headed by His Excellency Dr. Amal Abdullah Al -Hadabi today at the Chamber’s headquarters, in the presence of His Excellency Aisha Muhammad Al -Jassem, Chair of the Fujairah Business Women Council and His Excellency Aseel Al -Hijjawi, Deputy Chairman of the Jordanian Business Women Council – UAE and members of the Council.
His Excellency Sultan All Hindi, Director General of the Chamber, said that the visit of the Jordanian -Emirati Business Women Council to the Chamber embodies the depth of the solid brotherly relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, noting that the Council contributes to supporting the process of economic development and empowering women in both countries.
He praised the development and prosperity of economic and commercial relations between the two countries and made an offer for the investment features enjoyed by the Emirate of Fujairah and its pioneering and global role in the field of providing ships with fuel and storing oil, taking advantage of its distinguished geographical location and its openness to the Gulf of Oman and the Indian Ocean.
He affirmed the keenness of the Fujairah Chamber to create the environment in support of businesswomen in Fujairah, and to open channels for continuous communication with the Jordanian -Emirati Business Women Council in a way that enhances their presence in various economic fields and achieves the desired integration between the private and public sectors.
For her part, Dr. Amal Abdullah Al -Hadabi, President of the Jordanian Businesswomen Council – the UAE, reviewed aspects of the council’s achievements, including training in leadership, investment and protocol, to tourism and media.
She said that the council succeeded in signing nine official agreements with local, regional and international bodies in the Emirates, Bahrain, China and Jordan, in addition to the Arab League, noting that about 83% of the agreements were made with service partners to support the members, and 17% with official bodies to enhance economic relations.
